Ordering & Shipping
How can I place an order with you?
Simply select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping address. After selecting your payment method, confirm your order – you will then receive a confirmation email.
Which countries do you offer delivery to?
We deliver within Austria, as well as to Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary. How long does shipping take?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery within Austria typically takes 2-5 business days, to Germany 2-7 business days, and to other EU countries 2-14 business days. More information can be found in our shipping policy .
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Austria and to Germany is free for orders over €50.00. For orders under €50.00 to Austria and Germany, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies. Shipping to other EU countries is a flat rate of €19.00.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), EPS, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Paypal and Shop Pay.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes — your payment and personal data will be processed confidentially and encrypted. We work with established payment service providers to ensure maximum security.
Will I receive an invoice or a receipt?
Yes — you will receive your invoice in a separate email.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes — provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to arrange the return. Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will immediately initiate a refund via the original payment method. This is an automated process and takes approximately 5-10 business days. Refunds via PayPal may, in exceptional cases, take 10-20 business days.
Is there a warranty on sporting goods or clothing?
Yes — we provide the statutory warranty. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately with a photo and description.
