A. Shipping costs and information

Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DPD or UPS. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (insert email address) and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Austria

For shipping within Austria we charge a flat rate of €4.90 for orders under €100. Shipping is free for orders over €100. For large order quantities that require freight forwarding (e.g. pallet), we will inform you about possible additional costs. The delivery time is normally 2-5 days.

II. Shipping outside of Austria

We ship to the following EU countries:

  • Belgium

  • Spain
  • Finnland
  • France
  • Irland
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Sweden

2.1 Shipping to Germany

For shipping to Germany we charge a flat rate of €9.90 for orders under €100. Shipping is free for orders over €100. For large order quantities that require freight forwarding (e.g. pallet), we will inform you about possible additional costs. The delivery time is normally 3-7 days.

2.2 Shipping to other EU countries

For shipping to previously specified EU countries other than Germany we charge a flat rate of €19.00 for all orders. For large order quantities that require freight forwarding (e.g. pallet), we will inform you about possible additional costs. The delivery time depends on the country and is usually between 3-14 days.

 

B. Return shipping costs and information

If you want to return your order or parts of your order, you can do so within 30 days using the self-serve return via your account or via the right of withdrawal. The costs for return shipping must be borne by yourself. If the item or items are defective or damaged, please contact us and we will take care of the return shipping costs, as well as replacing or refunding the item.

Click on the profile symbol in the shop navigation or go to the right of withdrawal.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Enter your email address in the *Email* field and then click *Next*
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
  4. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you would like to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a store note.
  8. Click *Request a return*. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. If the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
